Think of a high-resolution printer, except instead of printing onto paper, it prints your design directly onto the wall.
Our specialist vertical printer travels along the surface, applying UV-cured ink directly onto the wall. The ink cures almost immediately as it's printed, creating detailed artwork without wallpaper, vinyl sheets or traditional hand painting.

Wallpaper, vinyl and painted murals all have their place. Direct wall printing offers a different way to create large-scale, completely custom artwork.

What is direct-to-wall printing?
Direct-to-wall printing uses a specialised vertical printer to apply an image directly onto the surface. UV light cures the ink during printing, creating detailed artwork without applying wallpaper or vinyl over the wall.
Can I see what my own wall would look like first?
Yes, and we'd encourage it. The images on this site are illustrative examples of what the technology produces rather than our own completed projects — so the useful thing is to see your wall.

How long does it take?
It depends on the size, artwork, wall colour and surface. Many feature-wall projects can potentially be completed within a day. We'll give you a clearer time estimate once we've seen your wall and design.
Does the ink need time to dry?
Not in the same way as conventional paint. UV light cures the ink as it is printed, meaning the artwork is essentially ready once the printing process is complete.
Does wall printing smell?
The UV printing process is almost odourless and involves much less of the traditional paint or adhesive smell associated with some decorating methods.
How big can you print?
The system can print up to approximately 3.75 metres high, subject to the room and access available. Horizontal print length is effectively unlimited, because the printer can continue along the wall.
Can you print on a dark wall?
Yes, subject to the surface being suitable. White ink can be printed beneath the design where required, helping colours remain bright on dark or strongly coloured walls.
What types of wall can you print on?
Many surfaces can potentially be printed, including painted walls, plaster, brick, concrete, wood, glass, tiles and metal. Every surface is different, so we'll assess the wall before confirming the project.
Can I use my own photo?
Absolutely. Send us the highest-quality original version you have and we'll check whether the resolution is suitable for the size you'd like.
What if my photo isn't high enough quality?
Don't worry about technical things like PPI or DPI. Send us the best version you have. We'll assess it and let you know whether it can be enhanced or whether we'd recommend another source image.
Can you print my company logo?
Yes. Logos, branding, photographs, typography and custom graphics are ideal applications for commercial wall printing. If you have the original vector or high-resolution logo file, send that where possible.
I don't have a design. Can you help?
Yes. You don't need to arrive with print-ready artwork. Tell us what you're trying to achieve and share any inspiration, branding or photographs you have, and we can discuss the best approach.
Is wall printing better than vinyl?
It depends on the project. Vinyl is a very useful product, particularly for temporary graphics and some signage applications.
Direct wall printing is different because the image is applied directly to the surface rather than attached as a separate sheet. That means there are no vinyl panels or joins within the printed artwork, which can be particularly attractive for bespoke interior designs and large feature walls.
Is wall printing better than wallpaper?
Again, it depends on what you're looking for. Wallpaper is a great option for repeating patterns and traditional wall coverings.
Wall printing is particularly useful when you want a completely custom image, an unusual shape, a photograph, company branding, or a design that doesn't need to be divided into traditional wallpaper drops.
How durable is the print?
UV wall prints are designed to be long-lasting. How long depends on the surface, the environment and how much light and wear the wall gets.
We'd rather not put a number on it before we can stand over it, so we'll confirm what we expect for your specific wall — and exactly what we commit to — as part of your quote.
Can the wall be cleaned?
The printed surface can generally be gently cleaned, although the appropriate method depends on the wall surface and finish. We'll provide care guidance after installation.
Can you print outdoors?
Potentially, yes. Outdoor projects depend on the surface, weather exposure, access and the protection required. Send us a photo and we'll assess it individually rather than guess.
Can you do several walls at once?
Yes, and we actively encourage it. If several walls are being completed at the same property during the same visit, we can usually offer better project pricing than treating every wall as an individual job. Our quick quote calculator works multi-wall projects out for you.
Do you work with businesses?
Absolutely — commercial work is a core part of what we do. We can discuss projects for offices, restaurants, hotels, gyms, retail spaces, schools, salons, clinics and other commercial environments.

Do I need exact wall measurements to get a quote?
No. Approximate measurements are completely fine for the initial estimate. We'll confirm everything before printing.
What areas do you cover?
Cork city and county as our base, and the wider Munster region — Kerry, Limerick, Tipperary, Clare and Waterford. If you're just outside, ask anyway and we'll tell you honestly whether it's workable.
